These Terms govern your use of dtmtech.co.za and its subdomains, the purchase of training programmes and consulting services, and the use of digital platforms provided by DTM Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“DTM”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

DTM provides the following services, accessible via dtmtech.co.za or its subdomains:
DTM Data Analysis Career Bootcamp — a 3-month evening programme covering SQL, Power BI and data storytelling (academy.dtmtech.co.za).
DTM FutureReady Corporate Readiness Programme — an 8-session digital skills programme for Grade 10–12 learners (futureready.dtmtech.co.za).
DTM Digital Bridge — digital upskilling for senior employees (45+) facing digital displacement (digitalbridge.dtmtech.co.za).
Corporate ICT Training & Facilitation — Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, UiPath, and AI tools.
RPA & Automation Consulting — Blue Prism and UiPath development.
AI-Powered Software Development.
4. Enrolment and Payment
4.1. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4.2. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
4.3. Payments are processed via PayFast (payfast.io), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. DTM does not store card or banking details.
4.4. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, Instant EFT, and other methods supported by PayFast.
5. Delivery
Training is delivered via Microsoft Teams (live online), onsite, or in a hybrid format. Schedules are communicated upon enrolment. LMS access is granted upon confirmed payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials remain the intellectual property of DTM. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without DTM's prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
DTM does not guarantee specific career outcomes. DTM's total liability arising from any service shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The courts of Gauteng shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
